Stories, Fables and Reflections for Your Inner World

Alongside my counselling work I write: fiction, fables, and reflections that explore the territory I care most about: grief and loss, complicated relationships, the parts of ourselves that got set aside, and the slow, worthwhile work of finding and being who we are.

I believe stories can reach places that direct conversation sometimes can’t. They work sideways, through image and metaphor, and they have a way of finding us at exactly the right moment.

You’re welcome here whether you’re a current or potential client, a fellow therapist, or simply someone who finds meaning in words.
