Ink and Insight: A Four Week Online Therapeutic Writing Workshop

If you’ve ever found yourself turning to writing to make sense of things, you’re not alone.
Ink and Insight is a gentle, therapist-led online therapeutic writing workshop designed to help you explore your inner world through journaling, reflection, and creativity. It is inspiring without being demanding, and creative without requiring any writing experience or ability.
Across four weekly sessions, you’ll be guided through a series of carefully held writing practices drawing on nature, the body, dreams, and storytelling. Each session offers a different way of listening to yourself, helping you slow down, notice what’s beneath the surface, and begin to put words to your experience.
This is not about being a ‘good writer.’
It’s about using writing as a tool for self-discovery, emotional processing, and genuine insight.
What to expect
Each 90-minute online session includes:
Gentle grounding and reflection
Guided journaling prompts
Time to write and explore at your own pace
Optional opportunities to share — always in a space that feels safe
A calm, warm, supportive group environment
You’ll be encouraged to follow your own process, with no pressure to perform or share more than feels comfortable.
Workshop themes
Each week explores a different pathway into the self:
Nature: reflecting on where you are and what is quietly unfolding in your life
The Body: connecting with intuition, boundaries, and felt experience
Dreams: exploring hope, longing, and future possibilities
Fables: using storytelling to illuminate your values, beliefs, and personal narratives
Together, these four themes create a gentle therapeutic journey of reflection, insight, and inner reconnection.

This workshop tends to resonate with women who feel deeply and reflect a lot, perhaps those who are navigating a life change, processing something from the past, or simply feeling the need to reconnect with themselves after a long stretch of caring for everyone else.
